Huseng Vefali is a board certified cardiologist and Interventional Cardiologist at Heart Endovascular And Rhythm of Texas. Dr. Vefali has a wide range of expertise in care of heart disease including structural heart disease, percutaneous coronary and peripheral interventions.

After receiving his undergraduate degree from George Mason University in Virginia he received a Masters Degree in Health Services Administration. Dr. Vefali went on to earn his medical degree from St. George’s University where he became a member of the Clinical Research Honor Society. Dr. Vefali completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at Seton Hall University St. Michael’s Medical Center. He subsequently moved to the Lehigh Valley Pennsylvania for his fellowships in cardiovascular disease and interventional and structural cardiology.

Dr. Vefali’s research have been reported in numerous medical journals. He was the chief Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology Fellow at St. Luke’s University Hospital. He has presented at national and international medical conferences. Dr. Vefali was a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at Weill Cornell Medical College teaching at New York Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital prior to his move to beautiful Texas.
